Recently I was standing in the kitchen chatting with my teen and her friend. She was giving me some ATTITUDE. I looked at her friend jokingly and said, "Are you this bad to your mother?"
They both stopped, gave it some thought and my daughter said to her friend, "I think you are worse."
Her friend replied, "Well, I am only trying to improve her."
It is nice to know where they are coming from...
Hang in there! You are worth it even though you need some improving!
